Poof stopped expanding shortcuts — what happened?
First, check the master switch in the toolbar popup — it might have been toggled off. Then try reloading the tab and the Chrome extension (chrome://extensions → hit the reload icon). If the issue persists, email us with the site you were on.
My snippets aren't syncing across devices.
Make sure you're signed in with the same account on both devices (avatar top-right of the options page). Sync is usually instant; give it up to a minute after a new change. If it's still off, email support.
Can I export my snippets?
Yes — options page → toolbar → Export as CSV. Opens in any spreadsheet.
Where can I see the privacy policy?
